We are a small, independent charity based along the beautiful Dornoch Firth in the Highlands of Scotland, dedicated to improving mental health and wellbeing in our community. Our mission is to connect people through meaningful projects and activities that make a real difference.

We organise a diverse range of activities and initiatives, including:

  • Parent and Toddler Activities – Fun and engaging sessions both indoors and outdoors.
  • New Mother and Baby Projects – Supportive spaces for new parents to connect.
  • Men’s Shed – A place to share skills, make friends, and work on creative projects.
  • Community Workshops – Opportunities to learn, share, and grow together.
  • Ceramics Workshops – Explore creativity with hands-on pottery sessions.
  • Community Mushroom Farm for volunteers
  • Emergency Community Resilience Volunteer Force – Supporting the community in times of need.
