Delivered by: Dundee Trail Therapy Project This is a Claimed organisation
Last updated: 09/02/2026

Dundee Trail Therapy offers a free service to individuals who have experienced poor mental health. We deliver in informal therapeutic programme based on FLOW therapy. We provide free bikes and equipment and deliver weekly sessions which last two hours. Each session is progressive and is developed over the six-week block. Participants must be over eighteen years of age and must know how to ride a bicycle. Sessions are run by fully qualified volunteer mountain bike leaders.

Currently our groups are delivered in conjunction with the NHS Dundonald Centre, but we are looking to deliver open groups through a self-referral process in the future.
