Taekwondo is excellent for building confidence, learning about respecting yourself and others, and teaches strong ethics and moral values for children and adults alike.

Wednesday 17:00-18:00 – Primary Age

Friday 17:30-18:30 – Juniors & Adults

Our aim is to promote Taekwondo to people of all ages.

Costs for each session starts from £4.00.
