Royal Voluntary Service - Dundee City

Royal Voluntary Service operate the Supporting Your Recovery service in Dundee. This is a 6 week service to support people who have recently been discharged home or people in the community at risk of admission. The type of support our volunteers provide is person centred but can include:

Encouragement to go out and connect with their local community. This can be through a walk, shopping or social interaction at clubs. Our volunteers can provide transport to medical/health/social appointments. Some of our volunteers are also trained in gentle chair based and standing exercises.
