Over the last year our Adults project has grown with families looking to PLUS to support their child as they transition from High School.
We provide:
group activities with a social focus
1:1 support for adults to engage in social, leisure or recreational activities; or to continue with their own personal development or education
offer supported volunteering opportunities
PLUS's Adults Coordinator leads on the delivery and development of these activities.
