SpeakOUT

Last updated: 19/08/2025

Coping with suicide loss already feels overwhelming, and these additional challenges can be difficult to navigate. Our groups and support line volunteers are trained to support everyone, but we recognise that specific spaces for LGBTQ+ peer support are vital to our community. SpeakOUT is a monthly virtual support group for LGBTQ+ loss, organised by a group of LGBTQ+ Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide volunteers and staff who have all lost someone close to them by suicide too.

The support group will be held on the last Monday of every month. This is a group for anyone who identifies as LGBTQ+ or has lost an LGBTQ+ loved one to suicide. If you would like more information about this group or are interested in coming along to our next meeting, please contact us.
