16+ Glasgow

Delivered by: Barnardo's
Last updated: 08/08/2025

Barnardo's 16+ Glasgow project provides a transitional support service to young care leavers in Glasgow, including residential accommodation, supported tenancy's and on-going support up to the age of 26.

Leaving home can be a challenge for anyone, but it can be even tougher if you’re a young person leaving care. We support young people with their transition to independent living, by offering advice, supported lodgings and help getting a job.

We work with young people who are homeless and those living in places that aren't safe or don't have a proper tenancy. We help them get somewhere to live that's right for them, and support them so they can sustain independent living.
