As a registered, volunteer-run charity led by qualified mindfulness teachers, we offer free-of-charge participation in mindfulness courses, events and workshops to the general public as a way of ensuring that financial ability is not a obstacle to anyone receiving the valuable, life-changing benefits of mindfulness and ongoing mindful peer community.

Our programmes range from one-off short sessions for enjoyable learning of basic mindfulness skills, to longer length programmes to deepen and embed mindfulness practice in many ways in your life.

Research shows that learning and practicing mindfulness is beneficial in reducing stress, anxiety and depression and enhancing emotional and physical well-being, boosting wellbeing, and improving relationships in connecting more authentically with others.
