18-30 Bipolar Support Group

This is a Claimed service
Delivered by: Bipolar Scotland This is a Claimed organisation
Last reviewed: 20/02/2024

Our support groups are informal, friendly and open to anyone affected by bipolar, including friends, family and carers.

Group meetings are places where people who live with bipolar can share ideas and information on how to improve their quality of life. They’re great places for letting off steam about issues that are stressing you out and for getting support from people who know what you’re talking about.

Our 18-30 group currently meet fortnightly on a Wednesday evening at 7pm using Zoom. To get the meeting link, please RSVP here: https://bipolarscotland.org.uk/support-groups/
