Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) Helpline and Live Chat

This is a Claimed service

At Alcoholics Anonyhmous, the way we work is very simple – it is one alcoholic talking to another – if you want to contact us – either because you want help with your drinking problem or because you are professionally interested in the work we do – please feel free to get in touch.

If you need help with a drinking problem either phone our free national help line or contact us by email.

We also have a Live Chat facility allowing you to message one of our volunteers. (This service is not staffed round-the-clock). These services are staffed by volunteer members of AA who will be happy to answer your questions or put you in touch with those who can.
