Walk and Talk: A different kind of support

Ever feel stuck in a rut or overwhelmed by life’s challenges? Sometimes the best way to move forward is to get moving.

Walk and Talk is a fresh alternative to traditional indoor therapy sessions. It’s an opportunity to connect with a qualified Counsellor in a more natural and relaxed environment. Instead of sitting face-to-face in a room, we’ll walk side-by-side, giving you the space to think and talk at your own pace.

What are the benefits?

Fresh air and a fresh perspective: The act of walking can help clear your head, making it easier to untangle difficult thoughts and find new solutions.

A more natural conversation: Walking side-by-side can feel less intimidating than a formal setting, allowing one to open up more freely.

Release tension: Physical movement can help calm the mind and reduce stress.

Convenience: We can meet at a location that’s easy for you, any green space.
