EACH Recovery Matters

Last updated: 11/11/2025

EACH Recovery is a peer-led service run by East Ayrshire Churches Homelessness Action (EACHA), based at our One Stop Shop in Kilmarnock. It provides a safe, inclusive space where people can explore and strengthen their recovery through connection, support, and shared experience.

Our groups and activities are designed around the Recovery Capital Framework and Stages of Change model, helping individuals build the personal, social, and community resources needed for lasting wellbeing. We offer peer support groups, creative workshops, mindfulness sessions, recovery meetings, and volunteering opportunities — all led or co-facilitated by people with lived experience.

EACH Recovery runs Monday to Friday, with a mix of scheduled groups and open drop-ins. There’s no referral required — everyone is welcome to come along for a chat, a cuppa, and a chance to connect.
