Health Check Drop-In

Come along for a free health check-up and a friendly chat with the Community Health Activity Team (CHAT) about healthier lifestyle choices.

The team offers a range of health checks, including blood pressure, weight, Body Mass Index (BMI) and body fat percentage.

Sessions take place at East Ayrshire Community Hospital on the first Friday of every month, 10am – 1pm.
