Clan Childlaw's free helpline is there if you need to know about a child or young person’s rights or how the law affects a child or young person. Helpline is available for Children and Young People under the age of 26, and/or any adult who is supporting a child or young person with a question about or a problem with their rights or the law, including parents or family members, carers, advocacy workers, support workers, teachers, lawyers and social workers.

The helpline is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm.

You can contact the helpline by phone (free from most mobile phones and landlines), email, or our online form to ask for a call back.

Clan legal services are for children and young people. We cannot give information to adults who are looking for legal advice for themselves, even if the legal issue involves a child.
