Emergency Accommodation and Housing

Delivered by: Aspire
Last reviewed: 07/12/2021

The aim is that individuals live at these resettlement services for a period of 6 to 24 months prior to achieving their own permanent home.

Each person has an Occupancy Agreement and is responsible for rent and Council Tax payments as well as for other regular household costs – fuel, food etc. The services enable people to develop the confidence and skills that are necessary to maintain their own homes in the future.
