Active Steps aims to support people living in South West Edinburgh to increase their activity and maintain a healthy diet. We will help you to make small changes in your everyday routines that will set you on track for a healthier lifestyle, improving both your physical and mental health.

The process starts with an initial one-to-one chat to explore your individual health needs. You may then be invited to join our Active Steps programme, or we may recommend another service in Edinburgh – depending on what’s best for you and your current situation.

Our activities are suitable for all levels of fitness, regardless of your health and wellbeing. Our exercise class timetable, walking group, and groupwork programmes updates are available on our social media. Our classes range in price from free up to £3.

We also have a range of online exercise classes available free of charge which can be viewed on our Facebook page and YouTube channel.

You can also benefit from supported low-cost access to local facilities for gym, swim, and fitness classes with our Be Active Voucher Scheme. Active Steps is run in partnership with Health All Round.
