Ewen's Room is a mental health and wellbeing charity based in the West Highlands of Scotland. We are passionate about supporting mental health and wellbeing and working to raise awareness and reduce stigma around mental health issues.
Our helpline is available on 0800 689 3317 and runs Monday to Friday from 5pm to 10pm and 12 noon to 10pm at the weekend. During these hours you can also text us on 07537 431637.

For young people in our local area, our Education Officer provides mental health awareness lessons in schools, and we offer free access to counselling for those up to the age of 25. Please email info@ewensroom.com for further details.
