Welfare & Benefits Advice

Last updated: 16/10/2025

It’s important to make sure you get all the help that you are entitled to. The welfare benefits system is complex and we can help you make sense of it all, so you don’t miss out.

A welfare benefit advisor can:

  • carry out a benefit check to see if you may be eligible for any benefits;
  • assist you with each step of the claims process;
  • check that you are receiving the correct levels of entitlement; and
  • assist with mandatory reconsiderations, appeals and reviews of benefit decisions.

If you'd like to arrange an appointment with one of our welfare benefits advisors, please contact our Customer First Centre.
