Moray Men Talk is a voluntary male peer support group. We aim to support men across Moray and the surrounding area, promoting mental health and wellbeing while trying to help reduce suicides in the region. We are predominantly a Facebook group, with over 1000 members across Moray so far.

We hold regular drop-in sessions every fortnight, providing a safe, confidential space for men to talk about any struggles they may be having, share lived experiences and support each other. We also do regular walk and talk sessions and are keen to connect with similar groups and charities.

We try to fundraise to allow our members more opportunities to engage with each other and try new activities while continuing to raise awareness about men's health and mental health, and wellbeing.

Our motto, "Break the stigma", is key to what we try and do, as the stigma surrounding men and mental health is very much a barrier we need to break down. The more men we can support, the better.
