We are a registered charity supporting people in Dumfries & Galloway living with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Fibromyalgia (FM) and Long Covid with Post Exertional Malaise. We believe people can reach their full potential; supported and empowered by services and communities that understand, value, and respect them.

We offer peer support through meetings both face to face and online; a private Facebook group and public page; a befriending and peer mentoring service; and craft and wellbeing sessions as funding allows.

Our meetings are posted on our website calendar of events. Come along and say hello, bring your questions, your concerns, cheer and banter.
