WAYfinder is a partnership between Glasgow City Council and commissioned providers to deliver and evolve outreach services for people at risk of, experiencing, or have experienced homelessness.

Turning Point Scotland deliver support in the North West of Glasgow through two approaches:

  • Locality-based housing support for people living in temporary and permanent accommodation who have low, medium and high needs and are either experiencing homelessness or are risk of homelessness. This will include case management, one-off supports and community-based drop ins.
  • Housing First which supports people with multiple and enduring support needs to move into a tenancy without having to prove they are ready for it. Support is provided through a multi-agency approach to provide a wrap around service for people to connect to their community, develop meaningful relationships and thrive in a place that they can call home.
