This service provides 1-2-1 support for individuals who need support to overcome barriers to finding a job. These barriers include but are not limited to learning disability (dyslexia), anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, deafness, blindness, developmental disorders (autistic spectrum disorder, Asperger's syndrome) physical disability.
90% of referrals are received through the job centre and around 10% are self referrals for this service. This service does not operate a group intake system and so referrals can start at any time.

Clients will have access to IT resources to job search and apply for jobs in a weekly Job club. There are several Job Club times each week to suit clients. Group sessions will cover the basics of employability skills and work related social skills.
