Wellness Programme is a Shetland-wide, open access, free and confidential low level support service, working alongside individuals over the age of 18 to improve their mental wellbeing and to improve their day-to-day functioning.

Wellness Together Programme A Shetland-wide, free and confidential support service for people who are supporting, caring for, or living with someone who is struggling in terms of their mental health.
