Tom Allan Service

If you’re going through a difficult time for any reason, our counsellors are trained to help you explore your feelings and experiences in a safe and confidential environment.

Services offered at Tom Allan Service include:

• Counselling for mental wellbeing
• Counselling for emotional support
• One-to-one Counselling

Appointments are usually weekly and last up to 60 minutes.

We offer donation-based and fixed-fee services:

• Donation Based Service - we will ask if you can make a contribution towards your counselling. We ask that you only donate what you can afford and never turn anyone away if they can’t make a contribution
• Fixed Fee Service offers fast and flexible access to counselling at a price of £60 per session. Choose from face-to-face or online sessions

Due to high demand we are currently unable to take new referrals for our Donation Based Service but will continue to review this, so please check our website for up to date service status.
