Empty Home Regeneration Project
Our project will take place over six months and will support approximately 30 people. We will have a self-referral form on our website and anyone over the age of 16 will be welcome to join. Our referral form will be made available in late 2025.
The house: We will find a long-term empty home in a community affected by the housing crisis.
The people: Guided by expert tutors, participants will be taken through the renovation step by step, building a strong foundation for their wellbeing, learning new skills, gaining qualifications and finding a future to look forward to.
The project: Over six months, the property is transformed and participants steadily gain confidence, new friends and a range of skills.
The home: Once completed, the property will be used in partnership with a local organisation to provide emergency accommodation for people who need it.
