Carers of West Lothian is a well-established local charity offering information, advice and support to all unpaid carers and disabled people living in West Lothian. They offer a range of services developed to meet the needs and improve the lives of the people they support.

Carers of West Lothian’s Disability Service provides support to disabled adults with a learning and/or physical disability to promote independence and social inclusion, and improve quality of life by helping people to live independently in their own homes and in their communities. 

Support may include:

Emotional, wellbeing and self-care support

Information and advice

Clinics - welfare rights, legal

Health and wellbeing

Social opportunities - groups, events, outings

Training and workshops

Signposting to relevant services

Planning for emergencies

Self-referrals and referrals on behalf of someone via their website, email or phone.
