The Women’s Service is for women who are survivors of abuse with the emphasis on empowering women to improve their quality of life with support and guidance.

Our 1-1 mentoring service is aimed at women who do not feel ready to attend a group. Women who are supported are met with staff who have patience, empathy and are provided with a safe environment to discuss their confidential issues.

Our women’s group has been shaped by participants to enhance their confidence, self-worth and to empower them to make those positive changes to enhance independent healthy lives. The positive impact of the group is that women are there for each other through peer support and to break down the barriers to loneliness and isolation caused by past addictions and traumatic events. Participants can also be signposted to our Elevate service, who have opportunities for volunteering, training courses and employability.
