The Leanne Fund’s “Get Active” initiative supports people with cystic fibrosis to stay active and improve fitness and lung function through sport and exercise.

Support may be available for sports or fitness equipment and gym or club memberships.

Examples include bikes, trampolines, exercise equipment, Wii Fit, and sports club or gym membership fees.

In partnership with CF Physiotherapists, participants may also receive tailored exercise programmes that are monitored over time.

To apply, please speak to your CF Physiotherapist, who can provide and submit the application form.
