Glasgow Buddies

Delivered by: ENABLE Glasgow
Last updated: 07/10/2025

Glasgow Buddies is a befriending project for ENABLE Glasgow members. The club activities are very much member led and both buddies and students will create an activity programme for the year, this could include:

  • trips out to ten pin bowling or crazy golf
  • meals out
  • games, baking, karaoke, and quizes at the club

The club runs fortnightly on a Thursday evening from 6.30pm until 8pm and is currently free of charge.

Members should be able to attend the club unsupported, this helps break down social independence barriers and helps members to forge meaningful peer friendships with the students.
