Glasgow Central Mosque runs a Vulnerable People and Families Project in order to improve the welfare of older people and their carers by creating a safe environment for them to socialise with other Muslims and to participate in various activities which includes a daily hot lunch.
The centre runs Monday to Thursday from 11am to 2pm and includes the following services and activities:
- Pick Up and Drop Off (Limited Availability)
- Hot Lunch
- Sewing, Cookery, Art, Computing and Reading
- Health Awareness Seminars
- Cultural Events
- Outings and Excursions
