Glasgow Self Help Group

by Bipolar Scotland

Glasgow group meets 2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month 7pm – 9pm

Self help groups are autonomous groups affiliated to Bipolar Scotland. They are informal, friendly and are open to people with bipolar disorder and their families, friends and carers. You don’t need to be referred, just come along. Group meetings give you an opportunity to discuss any issues that you have around bipolar disorder. Also groups will sometimes have a guest speaker on relevant topic.

As a new member feel free to contribute but also you should feel no pressure to speak if you just want to listen and observe; that’s fine too. You can take someone along with you and you can take a break or leave whenever you need to.All our groups are confidential. Whatever you say in the group stays within the group.
