Grampian Pain Support

Meeting times
We meet on the first Friday of the month from 12-2pm at the Health and Social Care Village, Frederick Street, Aberdeen (no meeting in January)
We welcome anyone from the local area and further afield who is living with persistent/chronic pain.
We are not health professionals and cannot offer any cure, however we are all living with chronic pain and wish to find ways to learn to live as well as possible with our condition through self-help, education and support from each other.

At the meetings, we usually have a speaker talking on a subject of interest to people living with chronic pain.
We also like to have some time doing gentle exercise suitable even for those in chairs. We may also have some relaxation or mind
