Groups and Classes

The Centre provides groups, classes, activities and support for people with any form of sight or hearing loss. This includes partially sighted, Macular Degeneration, Retinitis Pigmentosa, Diabetic Retinopathy, Usher Syndrome and much more through to completely blind. We also support people with age related hearing loss, those who have become deafened through other means or BSL speakers who are profoundly deaf.

We offer trips our, BSL classes, a lip reading group and lots of volunteer opportunities.

There is also a Café and Sensory Garden as well as a Sensory Room, all open to the public from 9am weekdays.
