Health in Mind - One-to-One and Group Support (Midlothian)

We offer one-to-one support and a range of groups, workshops and courses that are based on the five ways to wellbeing.

At times it is important to receive support on a one-to-one basis. Short-term support is offered to support people with a range of issues impacting on their mental health and wellbeing.

At present, we are offering telephone support for the evenings and weekends. The number is available Monday to Friday from 9.00-8.00pm and 10.00 to 4.00pm at weekends.
