Delivered by: Bipolar Scotland This is a Claimed organisation
Last updated: 24/10/2025

Our support groups are informal, friendly and open to anyone affected by bipolar, including friends, family and carers.

Group meetings are places where people who live with bipolar can share ideas and information on how to improve their quality of life. They’re great places for letting off steam about issues that are stressing you out and for getting support from people who know what you’re talking about.

Our Highland support group currently meets on the 1st Thursday of every month at 7pm at Café 1668 in Inverness. To be added to the group mailing list and receive regular reminders of meetings, please sign up by completing the contact form on our website.
