HopeBox Wellbeing workshop

Delivered by: Papyrus
This organisation is a Registered Charity
Last updated: 14/05/2026

A HopeBox session is an interactive, hands-on workshop. It helps participants understand stress, emotions and self-care — and then puts that understanding into practice by building a personalised HopeBox to take home.

Every HopeBox is different. Because every person is different. That’s the point.

Papyrus provides all the materials. All you need to bring is yourself.

HopeBox sessions are tailored for three age groups:

  • Primary school age
  • Secondary school age
  • 16 and over

Each session is adapted to suit the age and needs of the group, making HopeBox suitable for schools, colleges, youth groups, community organisations and workplaces alike.

How is it delivered?

HopeBox is a face to face workshop only. It cannot be delivered online.

Group £250 per session

Papyrus provides all materials for each HopeBox. Maximum 30 participants.
