Information and Resources

Delivered by: Dyscalculia Centre
Last updated: 04/11/2025

We provide information about dyscalculia, supply materials that help teachers support those who have dyscalculia, and offer a preliminary diagnostic test which pupils and students can take in order for teachers to gain guidance as to whether dyscalculia is a likely cause of the individual’s difficulties with maths.

This test can be taken by anyone over the age of 8. However we do suggest that all children aged 11 and under should have a supportive adult sitting with them while taking the test, and indeed, unless it causes difficulty or resentment, everyone under 16 should have a supportive adult at hand.
