Inverness Peer Support Group
This is a Claimed service
Our services are for women and non-binary people living with (or who suspect they have) ADHD, in the Scottish Highlands.
Our Inverness Peer Support Group meets in person fortnightly on Mondays 7- 9pm. Meeting takes place in a confidential space to discuss complexities of life. Refreshments, biscuits and fidget toys are provided.
Before you attend our sessions, we ask that you book in. This helps us have a rough idea on numbers, so we can ensure we have the appropriate space and facilities. It also helps us to understand what events you enjoy seeing from us!
All our groups are free but there is always an option to make a donation.
We are accepting of all disabilities, visible and invisible. If you require any adaptations, please get in touch
