We offer online and in-person options for people across the north of Scotland from our base in Aberdeen .
We offer some free classes as well as generous concessions for those on low income or in remote or rural areas.
We have some hybrid in person / online classes as well as a video link for those with mobility restrictions who can't use stairs.
