Box-N-Fit is a keep fit club, there is no fighting. Come and enjoy a keep fit class the way you should! Once you start you’ll be “hooked”!
We use boxing gloves and pads with varied punches, combinations and routines, also using the usual exercises associated with fitness and core work. It is a mixed class and all levels of fitness are welcome.
