Keeping Connected

Delivered by: Includem
Last updated: 09/02/2026

Keeping Connected is focused on supporting children and young people across Fife. If you are aged 10 – 26 you can give us a call to talk to someone in the team. We can support you with short-term 1:1 mentoring which means we will be here, alongside you, focusing on the things that matter to you. We can help to develop your self-confidence and build your resilience which will promote positive mental health and wellbeing and help to reduce distress. We will spend time with you, understand what is important to you and help you identify other community supports. You may be experiencing some of these distress factors:

  • Anxiety
  • Attachment
  • Bereavement or loss
  • Depression (Mild to Moderate)
  • Emotional & behavioural difficulties associated with neurodevelopmental disorders
  • Gender identity
  • Repetitive/perseverative behaviours
  • Self-harm
  • Self- injury
  • Substance use
  • Trauma

If you are we can help.
