Knowetop SCIO is a horticulture & conservation community project in Castlehill, Dumbarton, Scotland. We offer the community a safe space to engage with nature, learn new skills, share in produce grown on site & improve their mental and physical wellbeing through time in a greenspace & engaging with nature.

We run twice weekly practical volunteer sessions on Tuesday afternoons, 1 - 4pm & Thursday mornings 10am to 1pm, where people can come & help with tasks on site. We have a wellbeing group that meet on a Thursday from 11 - 3pm for nature based activities, chat & lunch. There's no minimum commitment for anything, a short registration form, people can come for a taster to see if it suits them without filling in any paperwork, & are free to leave sessions early.

We can provide waterproofs & work boots, & there's tea & coffee too for the volunteer sessions. There's also help available with travel costs on presentation of a ticket.
