Kooth provides online emotional wellbeing and mental health support for children and young people aged 10-18 (up to 25 in some areas). Online support available includes access to self-help materials, online community support through discussion boards and access to professional support via live chat and messaging with our counsellors and emotional wellbeing practitioners. The website is available 24/7 and our practitioners are online offering live chat until 10pm
