Last updated: 18/12/2025

LCTS provide safe, accessible and affordable transport to charities, community groups and non-profit organisations throughout Edinburgh and the Lothians. We hire out our fleet of minibuses on a self-drive or with-driver basis.

Our minibuses are wheelchair accessible and open to hire 7 days a week (subject to availability). Groups must register as members, at a low annual cost, to use LCTS services. The hire charges are based on the mileage used and invoiced at the end of the month in which the hire took place.

We can provide transport for up to 15 seated passengers per minibus, or accommodate a maximum of 4 fixed wheelchair passengers, with 4 seats removed per fixed wheelchair.

Regions:
  • City of Edinburgh
  • East Lothian
  • Midlothian
