  • We can share information and resources with you if you want us to.
  • We won’t judge or tell you what to do.
  • We are here to support anyone of any age or gender affected by self-harm.


People contact us about things like:

  • Feeling low, anxious, overwhelmed, or alone
  • Self-harm or thoughts of self-harm
  • Relationship or family issues
  • Stress at work, school, or in daily life
  • Identity, self-worth, or body image struggles
  • Past experiences or trauma
  • Or simply not knowing what's wrong and needing someone to talk to.
