Our groups are led by a Psychologist and Group Facilitator and bring people living with cancer together in a supportive space to learn skills for:
- Managing difficult thoughts, feelings and emotions, such as worry and anxiety.
- Living more in the present moment rather than always thinking about the future.
- Connecting with what is important and meaningful in their life.
Groups run for six weeks, and each weekly session lasts for two hours. We offer the group both in-person and online.
