Men's Group

The Men's Group is a place for men in our community to come together, make new friends, learn skills and share a meal with each other. We facilitate a space for men to come together to provide mutual support and community involvement.

The group meet once a week, on Friday from 4pm- 6pm, in our community flat in Cardonald. (Please note during Ramadan the group meets 3pm-5pm).

During this time the group holds different activities, such as sharing information skills and experiences, which help people gain insights and advice. We have awareness sessions & workshops, indoor & outdoor activities and often go on trips.
