Mental Health Wellbeing Support

Delivered by: HSTAR Scotland SCIO
Last updated: 03/11/2025

The Mental Health Wellbeing Clinic provides short-term support for female survivors of trauma and/or abuse. We offer up to four 30-minute sessions to help with stress management, coping skills, breathing techniques, and self-care planning. This temporary service is not a long-term clinic, and a maximum of four sessions is provided. Trauma recovery counselling may be offered following the sessions. Sessions are available online, by phone, or face-to-face. Our aim is to provide a safe, temporary space where clients can begin to address their immediate needs and challenges while learning tools to enhance their resilience. Sessions can be offered online, via telephone, or face-to-face, depending on individual preferences and accessibility requirements, and we always uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and care.
