Mindfulness for Lung Health is a supportive online course designed to help you explore how you respond to life’s challenges, including the daily realities of living with a lung condition. Together, we’ll look at common reactions such as frustration, irritation, or wishing things were different, and discover gentler, more helpful ways of meeting these moments. Through a combination of guided meditation, simple practical activities, and insightful teachings, you’ll learn skills that can support your health and wellbeing, while opening up new possibilities for living life more fully and with greater ease.
Your guide on this journey will be a fully qualified Breathworks tutor, experienced in supporting people living with long-term conditions, chronic illness, and the stress and anxiety that come with them.
Courses run in blocks of 5 sessions.
