Networks of Wellbeing Ltd (NoW)

Networks of Wellbeing (NoW) is a Huntly based Mental-Health and Wellbeing Charity which offers a person-centred service where people are supported at a pace that suits their needs.

NoW provides a range of services for people aged 11 and over (with no upper age limit). These include counselling; women’s groups; Fit to Walk sessions; relaxation; support for Veterans and their families; support for people living with mild to moderate levels of dementia; and technical support for those not familiar with todays technology.

NoW’s services are designed to:- decrease loneliness and social isolation; provide a pathway to/from primary healthcare services; support the re-building/maintaining of self-confidence, self-esteem and resilience; reduce stigma around mental health, youth and old age; involve the community in development of activities, services, and supports.

Please note that (apart from counselling) young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
